Tomato Basil Soup
In a big pot boil 4 cups of water, add oil, salt, and whole spices to it. Once the water boils, add washed and drained rice to it. Cook until the rice is done 90% and drain it. Heat oil in a pan and fry the Organic Nation's soya chaap till it's crisp on both sides. In warm milk add saffron strands. Fry the onions, and keep aside a few onions. In the remaining onions add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Now add all spices, salt and tomato puree, cook till oil separates
